About
Karen Skerratt the owner of Exeter Gin and Edward Baily the owner of Tors Distillery have worked together for the past 2 years to bring together artisan spirits producers in the South West and create an offering to spirit buyers that increases margins, increases customer spend and increases sustainability.
We are delighted to present the South West Drink Alliance.
Our Story
Our passion is producing and delivering award-winning artisan spirits to South West retailers. After seeing a decline in artisan products being used in pubs and bars, and the spirits not reflecting the the first class food served in restaurants and pubs, on top of the increasing awareness and demand for sustainability, we have created a one stop shop for spirit buyers, supplying but not exclusive to Vodka, Gin, Rum, Whisky and Cocktails Liqueurs in 1 litre eco-friendly pouches, with more varied products coming soon.
We are constantly working hard with our clients and suppliers to bring about better ways in which we can work together to benefit mutually both of our businesses by working smart. By this our aim is to decrease your spending, increase your margins and importantly, increase customer dwell time resulting in increased revenue.

Why SWDA
Protecting Margins: Through our refill system and recycling initiatives, you're able to gain improved margins while also reducing waste. By offering to collect empty pouches or containers during deliveries, you're actively participating in sustainability efforts whilst reducing your costs.
Supporting Local Businesses: Focus on sourcing spirits and liquors from local artisan producers not only helps local and UK businesses to thrive but also streamlines processes by offering one invoice for a variety of products. This simplifies the payment processes and supports local economies.
Protect the Environment: By offering refill options and collecting empty containers, you're minimising the ecological footprint associated with your business operations.
Preserving Identity and Diversity: By showcasing a diverse selection of local artisan products, you're adding vibrancy and uniqueness to your offerings. This not only enhances the customer experience but also supports local culture and identity.
Supporting Local Economies: As a UK-based business operating in a hospitality-driven area, you will recognise the importance of supporting local and UK SMEs. By doing so, you're contributing to job creation, tax revenue generation, and overall economic stability within your community.
We want to grow a responsible and sustainable business that aligns with the feedback we have had from many of our consumers and visitors to our various businesses who are environmentally and ethically aware.
